Handling and Shipping

At Eyeconic Methods, we understand that on-time delivery is crucial. That’s why we commit to shipping all orders within 24 business hours*.

*Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Please note:

  1. Orders can no longer be modified if they are fulfilled.
  2. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the delivery date depends on the USPS schedule.
  3. Sometimes USPS will notify as delivered but package might not be arrive the next business day.

Within the U.S.: All orders are expected to be delivered within 4-6 business days.

Outside the U.S.: All international orders are expected to be delivered within 7-15 business days.

** To all international orders, you may have import fees.

All tweezers are hand-tested and re-packed before shipment. If your tweezers arrive damaged, please contact your local USPS office to file an insurance claim.

To avoid delays or returned packages, please ensure your contact and shipping information is accurate, including your address, name, and phone number. If a package is returned to sender, your order will be refunded (excluding shipping fees), and you will need to place a new order.
