RETURN POLICY

Thank you for supporting our small business! Our goal is always introducing you lash products that help your lashing journey easier and more efficient, so we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason and reach this page, rest assure since we will make it right!

RETURNS

All return & refund inquiries must be sent with 48 hours after package is delivered.

All return items must be sent within thirty (30) days of the purchase date in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note: shipping fees will not be included in refund. If the reason for returning is due to the defect of item, we will be fully responsible for that, therefore, return label will be provided. Otherwise, please ship the package back with shipping carrier of your choice.

Eyeconic Methods is not liable for any shipment issues such as lost or damaged packages once it is shipped. Any concerns regarding your package, please contact your local USPS or international post. Please ensure all order information such as payment type, shipping address, and purchase items are correct before placing an order.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return or exchange, please contact service@eyeconicmethods.com including:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo and video (if applicable)

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.      

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Educational products such as online courses, digital guides, and in-person trainings  
  • Lash Services  
  • Gift card
  • Sale items
